Personal Training packages and Online training that offer you the convenience of training remotely from home. F.I.T. City Fitness Program
Corporate / Group Rate
Whether you would like to offer a corporate training program to colleagues and employees, engage in a fitness blitz with a large group of your friends and loved ones the Corporate / Group rate is for you.
The Group Fee covers your predetermined group of 6 or more* participants for the entirity of the training program. Simply select or provide your venue, gather your group together to get fit together.
*Group size limitations will be determined upon booking and purchase and solely relate to trainer ability to effectively teach the program or venue limitations.
Individual Rate - mixed group
The Mixed Group packages are designed to provide you with a full training program in a mixed group setting. Simply select dates and times that are convenient and you will be placed in with other individuals who have selected the same dates and times.
Personal Training - One on one
A One on One Personal Training package with Jean is custom designed to meet your unique needs for the best results. Experience the very best personalized fitness training provided at your convenience around your schedule.
Personal Training - Dual Client
A Personal Training package for two. Each client will have their own training plan devised to meet their individual needs, plus all of the usual benefits of having a traditional personal trainer. The Dual Client package will allow you to experience the benefits of having a personal trainer and reaching your own unique fitness goals with a partner.



Precision Nutritional Coaching
F.I.T. City’s Precision Nutritional Coaching program consists of collecting data from our clients to develop specific meal plans for each individual. Ongoing coaching for the duration of the program to meet their own personal nutritional goals. Helping with making good food choices and creating healthy sustainable nutritional habits for meal preparation.
We provide you with workout ideas to pursue for the duration of the program there by providing you with results and a lifestyle change that is optimized to meet your specific lifestyle needs.
