Algarve Retreat Registration - Villa 1
August 13-19, 2027

Total cost is $2,600 CAD per person double occupancy.

$500CAD deposit is required to secure your spot.

Remaining balance is split into 2 payments

$1,050 CAD due March 1st, 2027.

$1,050 CAD due May 15th, 2027.

Airfare, transportation and travel insurance is NOT included.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

All cancellations must be made in writing.

The $500 CAD deposit is refundable for cancellations received on or before February 28, 2027. Beginning March 1, 2027, the $500 CAD deposit is non-refundable.

The first $1,050 CAD payment is due March 1, 2027 and is refundable for cancellations received on or before May 14, 2027. Beginning May 15, 2027, this payment is non-refundable.

The final $1,050 CAD payment is due May 15, 2027 and is refundable for cancellations received on or before May 31st, 2027. Beginning June 1, 2027, all retreat payments are non-refundable.

If a guest cancels after the applicable refund deadline and the vacated spot is successfully filled by another paying guest, a refund of recoverable amounts may be considered, less any non-refundable costs already incurred.

I understand that participation in this retreat includes physical activities with inherint risks.

Meals are prepared by a chef and while every effort will be made to accomodate disclosed allergies, an allergin free environment is not guaranted.
