The Fit in the City Fitness Program was crafted by our team of expert instructors to focus on a number of key areas to improve general fitness, promote continued steady improvements to your peak fitness and help you easily maintain a regular exercise regime that will positively impact all areas of life.
Precision Nutritional Coaching
Fit In The City’s PN (Precision Nutrition) Coaching will provide you with life-changing, personal nutrition and lifestyle coaching for every individual. Helping people change their mindsets, behaviours and lives.



Meet Jean

At the start of my journey, I had a difficult time maintaining a healthy weight, and didn’t see much of a result from my workouts. I wasn’t born tall and thin, and I struggled with food sensitivities and allergies. I gave up several times.
It has taken me years to build the strength and confidence that I have today. I had to learn about diet and nutrition.
I had to pay attention to my thoughts, and learn to love and accept who I was. I had to try different workouts and routines, moving between strength-training and cardio to optimize my results. I had to learn when to go easy on myself, and when to push through. I learned that mental health and physical health go hand-in-hand, and I’ve made tremendous progress.
I share this because although my journey hasn’t been easy, it’s the absolute best thing I’ve done!
Regardless of where you are in your health and fitness journey, I get you. I know that it can be overwhelming and intimidating, but we’re in this together and I know you can do it!
My classes are high-energy, high-vibrational classes that keep people coming back for more. With over 20 years in the fitness field, I finally feel closer to “cracking the code”.
You all have unique goals, whether it is wanting to fit into your old jeans, be able to climb a flight of stairs easily, build strength after an injury or set back, or even climb Mount Kilimanjaro. Know that you are capable of achieving great things.
Love and accept yourself, stay true to yourself, aim high, and believe that you are limitless in what you can accomplish.
